The Admissions Process

We want to make sure our teaching-learning philosophy fits your student's and family's needs. So, we will set up a virtual meeting with both you and your student. 

Apply Now

1. Fill out our application form.
2. Pay a non-refundable application fee of $500** is required per family. Upon acceptance, we will apply this deposit to the total tuition of one child.
3. Fill out your information for the parent background check*.
4. Gather these documents:
   1. Your child’s most recent transcripts, report cards or portfolio review
   2. If applicable, include a copy of your child’s IEP.
   3. Health Examination completed within the last 12 months
   4. Certification of Immunization or exemption form
   5. Copy of birth certificate
5. Schedule an online interview
   1. Remember that both student and guardian are expected to attend this virtual meeting.
   2. Plan for this meeting to take at least an hour. 
6. Once your student has been accepted you will receive a password to
   1. Register for courses 
   2. Upload your documents
   3. Pay your enrollment fee to hold your child's place for the upcoming school year

*Because we encourage parent involvement in classrooms and clubs, we require all parents to undergo background checks as part of our child safeguarding procedures.
