Intermediate Algebra
(Grades 9-12)

Middle School students will be considered for this class, with instructor permission and placement test.
While most of our projects require math skills, our specialist classes allow our students to focus on a specific skill set in depth under the guidance of a specialist. This small class meets online once a week for 1 hour for 36 weeks. Students receive access to online software and access to the instructor during class. While the class meets once a week, each student will have math work scheduled four to five days per week.
This course covers a general review of elementary algebra, linear and quadratic equations, curve plotting, exponents, radicals, polynomials, systems of equations/inequalities, nonlinear equations, logarithmic and exponential functions, complex numbers, and applications.
